- Cocinar a fuego medio tirando a fuerte. Una vez que los bordecitos comienzan solitos a despegar es hora de darlo vuelta. Cocinar del otro lado 1 o 2 minutos más. Depende, tampoco es lindo que queden tan blanquitos.
- Poner los panqueques uno encima del otro para que conserven la humedad. Yo los tapo mientras los preparo.
- Podés rellenarlos con dulce de leche, nutella, frutas....o con opciones saladas. Eso va a tu ingenio e imaginación.
